From the beginning of our life

we carry along with us

the energy of spontaneity.

A special force

where as children

we need it to move,

express and respond

before judgement

and before thinking.

Spontaneity

carries inside

the grace

of being human

and of being

here and now

exactly as we are.

Spontaneity

holds within

the enthusiasm

of being alive

and of seeing

the truth

exactly as it is.

There is no thought,

doubt or fear in it.

There is no misconception

or interpretation.

There is only presence

filled with joy.

Spontaneity

is our innate power

to be truly who we are

and to communicate

with the world around us.

And even if it may shatter

in adulthood,

it never diminishes within,

it only awaits to be seen

and remembered.
