Benefits of Postnatal Yoga



Postnatal yoga helps women recover from pregnancy and child-birth. It uses movement, balance and relaxation to allow the female body to slowly go back to how it was before. It can help repair all the tissues back to their former condition and strengthen the core muscles, as well as the lower back muscles. Some core benefits of postnatal yoga are:
